By purchasing a digital download or print from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding usage and licensing.

All images sold on this website are protected by copyright and are licensed, not sold, unless otherwise stated. The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images.

Digital Image Downloads

Digital image downloads are licensed for use according to the license selected at the time of purchase. Licenses may include personal use, commercial use, or exclusive use, depending on availability for the specific image.

Personal Use License

The personal use license permits use of the image for non-commercial purposes only. This includes personal devices, personal websites, social media accounts not used for business purposes, and personal displays. Images licensed for personal use may not be used for advertising, marketing, resale, or any activity intended to generate revenue.

Commercial Use License

The commercial use license permits use of the image for business, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes, including websites, social media marketing, print advertising, and corporate materials. Editorial, journalistic, news, or documentary use is not included under the commercial license.

Exclusive Use License

An exclusive use license grants the buyer exclusive rights to use the image as specified at the time of purchase. Once an image is licensed for exclusive use, it will no longer be made available for licensing or sale to other buyers. Copyright ownership remains with the photographer unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Print Purchases

Physical print purchases are sold for display purposes only and do not include any reproduction or licensing rights. Prints may be displayed in private or public spaces, including homes, offices, and commercial interiors, but may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or used in advertising or promotional materials without a separate digital license.

Editorial Use

Editorial, journalistic, news, or documentary use of images is not offered through this website. Images may not be used in newspapers, magazines, blogs, documentaries, or other editorial contexts without prior written permission.

Model & Property Considerations

Some images may contain people or private property. Unless otherwise stated, no model or property releases are provided. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable laws and regulations, particularly for commercial use.

Prohibited Uses

Images may not be used in any unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or offensive manner, nor may they be used in a way that implies endorsement by any person or entity depicted in the image.

Returns for Digital Purchases

Due to the digital nature of our products, digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been provided and the image has been downloaded. Please ensure you are selecting the correct image and license before completing your purchase. If you encounter any issues with the download process, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns for Print Purchases

If you are not satisfied with your print purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be provided for the cost of the print only, excluding shipping fees. The print must be returned in its original condition, and you will need to contact us or Fotomoto Support to initiate the return process.

If your print is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong print, please contact us or Fotomoto Support immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Removing Watermark

If you purchase a digital image or print, the logo/watermark will be removed from the final product. The image provided will be delivered without the watermark for both digital downloads and physical prints.
